Scroll Call encourages us to indulge in a culturally conditioned pastime while documenting the process (screen record/screenshot/forwarding/posting).

First, document a total of 90-minutes of scrolling footage using screen capture. Next, upload the footage to an editing software of your choice (can be digital or analog). Then, collapse (or stretch) the resulting scroll footage to create three digital videos (runtime: 10, 15, and 30 seconds). Finally, upload the results HERE
